Both these services are over the 3G network, and ScreenDigest reckons that by the end of the year France will overtake Italy as the biggest mobile TV market in Europe…back in August 3 Italia cited 719,000 DVB-H users. The two French operators saw growth in mobile TV subscribers of 40 percent over the past month because the service has been bundled in with unlimited data packs.
